The stages involve a carefully crafted combination of Online and Onsite Engagements with the enterprise. At the end of the first stage (EPA), each participating enterprise receives a certificate with their Enterprise Potential Score, which can be a very effective tool to provide confidence to their financiers, employees and other stake holders.

The modules are elaborately designed to sequentially address the potential achievement of your enterprise. A participant has to undertake the program in the sequence it is prescribed and cannot be subscribed in any other order.


Program Delivery:

The modules are delivered through a combination of online and offline engagements. It has a logical sequence and hence adopts a stage-wise framework. It focuses on the four independent and cyclical parameters of every business to assess the potential. It takes into consideration Leadership, Capacity, Customer and Opportunity as the four main ingredients. Leadership and Capacity are internal to an enterprise whereas Customers and Opportunity are external. It further breaks the cycle into Competence and Performance related parameters.

The evaluation process deploys deep study of these four main pillars of your business and evaluates them individually at first and then holistically to arrive at the final score. A lot of time is spent on discussions, interviews and studying these so as to unearth all the aspects which are hindering growth. The collected data is also run through a very intelligent CRM system for errors. The final output is a comprehensive cause-effect analysis with a potential scorecard.

No. This is designed, unless specifically contracted to do so, we limit ourselves to exploring the reasons for the potential of your business remaining unrealised and generating the potential scorecard. Unless at the end of the EPA module, you ask us to come in with our other two modules, during the EPA program no structural changes are done.

The business owner or the participants who have enrolled do not need to attend any physical meetings initially and the engagement is designed in such a way that it doesn’t interfere with your daily engagements. The calendar is spread over a period of two months with maximum online participation.
